Ability to create custom tasks or auto trigger notifications to certain team members

As an owner/manager I need the ability to remind my team members about upcoming reservations.

Currently, only cleaners would receive reminders based on their tasks. There is no way to create reminders for other team members and there are no other types of tasks that can automatically be created and assigned to team members.

For example, I would want each reservation to also trigger a check in task so that my concierge knows that they have to meet the guest that day. That way they can also get notifications 24 hrs in advance to ensure they don’t forget. Currently, they would only get notified at the time of the reservation (months ahead) and they would need to proactively check the calendar in order to see what is coming up). A 24 hr pre-notification would be create.

Alternatively, more configurability on notifications, for example, X days prior to a reservation send message y to X where X can not only be the guest but also team members or other email accounts for non-team member stakeholders
