The cleaning tasks auto created should carry automatically the number of guests, checkin time and checkout time, this would reduce considerably the communication with the cleaners for small properties like mine. The cleaner should be able to see at each cleaning task:
a) how many guests, so she knows what to arrange in the property;
b) number of nights, so they know the amount of resources;
c) checkin-time, provided by AI agent upon response from the guest;
d) checkout time from previous reservation should be added too, in order for the cleaning to get to know what time she should arrive.
Actually the cleaning tasks should have its starting time adjust automatically depending on the time the guest will communicate checkin or checkout if out of standard hours. This would help A LOT optimizing logistics for small number of properties.
