Conditions on sending messages

There is currently a lot of support on sending messages within a certain time period of a selection of events (eg booking or cancellation).

It would be great if there could be greater control on whether a message is sent or not - for example if a guest has completed their checkin form. I’d like to send a series of reminders in the days leading up to check-in if they have not completed the form, but obviously stop reminding them when they have completed it.

Similarly I would not want to send details of lock box codes etc until they had completed the check-in form AND it was (eg) 2 days before check-in.

I see that for each message template there is an option to “do not send” if the booking is back-to-back with the same guest, and this could be extended with other statuses of the booking process (eg deposit paid, paid in full, pre-check form completed etc)
