Task Templates for tasks that are repeatedly entered for each guest booking

We use the tasks for all of our reminders for our bookings and would love to have the ability to add “Task Templates” so that we don’t have to reenter the same information every time we have a new booking. In addition to cleaning, we use the tasks for reminders for tasks like:

-Reminders for adjusting homes temperature before and after a guest’s stay

-Reminders to enter key codes into our lock system- done manually by us

-Reminders to send guest message templates “manually” due to having to add guest-specific information to the message before it is sent to the guests- for such things as adding the link to the Online Check-in Form to a message for guest name confirmations.
