28 day Strict cancellation option for Direct Bookings

iGMS should consider the addition of the above cancellation option to match the “Moderate” cancellation option now offered for Vrbo bookings:

100% refund if the booking is canceled within 48 hours,
100% refund if canceled 28 days or more before check-in, and
Cancellations 14 days or more before arrival receive a 50% refund;
No refund is given for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
