Ability to create custom message variables

It would be great if we could create our own variables to place into message templates. For example:

• link to guest guide

• link to google maps location of the property

• what3words location of the property

• lock box code

• etc.

Some of the information may be fixed, ie not dissimilar to the host’s signature, some may be property-specific (similar to wifi code) and some may be specific to a booking eg: guests’s first name.

As an additional bonus, it would be great if the variable’s content could be varied depending on booking channel - for example to provide memorable ‘bit.ly’ links to guest guides etc for direct & AirBnb bookings, but the final link for booking.com based bookings, as booking.com doesn’t allow bit.ly links in messages.
