Add Bank Fee to Booking.Com comission

Currently, the Booking.com commission is shown without the banking fee. If you choose to get b.com to manage payments, they take an additional fee for banking charges. This means that currently, the amount that you are paid by b.com is wrong if they are managing the payments (as that extra fee is not included). This request is to add that additional charge so that you can see exactly what you earn from the booking.com stay and use that figure to check the amount of money paid into the bank by b.com.
