Add Option to Manual Accept Payment for Damage Deposit

Currently you can only receive payment for the damage deposit by a Stripe payment. However, for manual bookings, my guests often want to pay with a cash deposit. We need a way in the manual transactions to be able to receive a payment and refund against the damage deposit.
