Allow users to control Featured Property order in Website Builder

Currently, the Featured Properties section in the Website Builder displays listings in a system-determined/random order based on the nearest booked date. Users cannot choose which properties appear first.

It would be useful to allow users to manually select and order the properties displayed in the Featured Properties section, particularly the first 3 listings.

This would give users more control over which properties they want to highlight on their website, for example based on property type, location, performance, or current promotions.
