auto messages for multiple rooms

When a guest has booked multiple rooms on one listing on BDC the auto messages link to the booking on IGMS but they don’t send to the guest. e.g. if a guest has booked multiple rooms which have multiple key code messages set up they will not receive these. Currently have to make a note in my diary when a guest makes more than one room booking and send it manually
