Automated Message Not Sending for Last-Minute Bookings

I have an automated message called “Arrival Instruction” that’s set to go out 3 days before a guest’s arrival. It works well in most cases, but I’ve noticed that if a booking is made within those 3 days, the message doesn’t get sent, which I had to send it manually.

Could you please make sure the message still goes out—both 3 days before arrival as scheduled, and also when a booking is confirmed within that 3-day window? 😊 if a message is automated with Airbnb, it has such an option to do so.
