Message templates: Automation options

Hello, Currently it is only possible to set an automated template for ALL accommodations in our portfolio.

Now, we want it to be possible that this is applicable to ALL accommodations, with the EXCEPTION of 1 accommodation.

This is not possible at the moment. Can you please look into this?
