Background checks and automatic check in forms

I would like to see a guest background screening capability built in. I also would like to see the check in form automatically sent to all guest that show in IGMS and not just the ones that pay via Stripe payment. I would like to see capacity to make one night stays a slightly higher price than stay of two or more nights.
