BUG: Host created bookings are considered booked without payment

Direct booking only allows the host to “create” a booking or the guest to immediately purchase whatever price is issued on the IGMS booking site. The problem with host booked reservations is that IGMS assumes the user is “booked” even if they have not paid, which makes no sense. No booking platform or hotel worldwide takes a booking without payment, but IGMS does. The calendar is blocked for as long as the host leaves the reservation, and IGMS foolishly assumes it’s a valid booking regardless of payment.
