Capitals/Symbols in description + titles

I have been having issues updating my settings recently, and was told part of the issue is because I have all capitals and/or symbols in my titles/descriptions. I have had my titles/descriptions the same for 5+ years. This shouldn’t be a reason why the website doesn’t upload properly. It’s not an Airbnb requirement, it’s only an IGMS issue.
