Change checkin_day and checkout_day variable to include the year

Currently, the checkin_day and checkout_day are in the format Month Day. They should be Month Day, Year. Notifications to caretakers and housecleaners is confusing when the calendar is open for more than 12 months and clients could potentially be reserving for August of 2026 as well as August of 2027.
