Check-in Form Suggestions

The check-in form needs to made far more flexible and customisable.

• Sections need to have the option to be hidden or shown based on which channel the booking came through - for example AirBnb checks guest identification so there is no need for AirBnb guest to upload ID docs a second time, whereas we would want to see some ID for Booking.com and direct guests.

• Integrate in upsell and booking deposit options into the pre-checkin form [note that I haven’t investigated how the guest will see these options, but from the host side of the software it doesn’t appear to integrate]

• We need to have full flexibility to add to the current set of questions being asked, or to modify the choices available. For example if a guest would like a room set up as a twin or double, or to add to the reasons why a guest is staying or what made them book with us (as opposed to other hosts in the area)
