cleaner priority and availability

the features inside the cleaning tasks in very light.

id like firstly, the cleaner to be able to block out in their own calendar, when they are unavailable. and then this transfer to the auto assignments section.

also, if a cleaners receives a cleaning assignment, rejects it, the next person in the auto assignment list should receive it. currently it just goes into a no mans land.

it would alsso make sense to have some sort of activity view where, for instance, a cleaner rejects a task, i have a list of tasks i need to perform. in this case, find another cleaner. like an issues list. this would be useful for duplicate bookings, task assignment etc. its an overview for input
