Create Ability to receive property reservation updates to text

Currently, when a new reservation is made or changed, the system will send an email with the specified text.

With several phone carriers recently discontinuing their EMAIL to SMS services XXXXXXXXX@txt.att.net for example, it would be nice to get a text message about the reservation notification.
