Customised Reminder / Alerts

It would good to be able to set an alert associated with a booking and be able to schedule the alert before, during or after the start date of the stay.

The timing of the alert should be configurable and should show up to the user who creates it.

This could help for example if we have promised to get back to a guest about an early check-in for which we can only make a decision closer to the time of the stay depending on whether the night before is still vacant closer to the guest’s check in date.
