Dashboard should consider parent-child relationship in calculations

When calculating occupancy and REV PAL, the dashboard should account for parent-child property relationships. If a night in a parent property is unbookable due to that night being booked in one or more of the child properties, then that night should not be considered “unoccupied” in the calculations. For example, if a every night in a month was booked in one of the child properties under a parent, then the occupancy for the parent should be considered 100%, not 0%. If there were two children, and one of them was booked 70% and the other was booked 80%, then the overall occupancy should be 75%. Currently, in that scenario, the occupancy is calculated as 50% (0% + 70% + 80%) / 3. Note that the same holds true for nights in the child listings that are blocked by the parent being booked. For example, if the parent was 100% booked for a month, the current calculation would show 33% occupancy, when it should show 100%. These errors in the occupancy calculations are affecting the REV PAL calculation, so it should be fixed also. In my first example, if the average revenue for the nights booked in the children was $100, then then REV PAL should be $75 but it is currently calculated as $50.
