Being able to flag a message in the inbox with a color Would be a handy feature That could be used in many different ways and it would be a quick visual identifier That would increase productivity

For example

it could be used As an identifier for clients you need to get back to

it could be used to designate which team is working with a booking

it could even be used to indicate a guest has special needs

It could be used to identify VIP or returning guests

etc
