Give AI Agent explicitly rules

Hi, it would be interesting if we could give the AI motor explicitly rules to be applied in every interaction. For example below as would be nice telling the AI agent to not do certain conditions:

Don’t share instructions if ID is not yet provided;
Do not disclose property details as of location, apartment number, tower within the condominium, before a reservation is completed;
Do not mention the user’s name in a reply, user’s name should be mentioned only at the first reply so conversation runs smoother;
Do not disclosure house contacts (number and email) before the reservation is completed;

In addition, it would be nice if AI agent could confirm late checkout or early checkin after collecting data from cleaning and previous/next guest expected arrival and departure time. AI agent is being helpful so far, with room for improvement.
