Hold funds on the reservation until the cancellation policy takes effect (Direct Bookings).

For example, there is a cancelation policy that lets guests cancel their stay with no fees if the cancelation takes place 5 or more days before check-in. If a guest cancels their stay, the host is charged Stripe fee and refunds the reservation amount to the guest. It would be great to let the hosts put the reservation amount on hold before the cancelation policy takes effect. This way if a guest cancels their stay, the host doesn’t get charged for the transaction fee.
