Improve Inbox layout, move templates below reservation card

In the current Inbox layout, message templates appear above the reservation card. This requires users to constantly scroll up and down in order to select a template while also viewing the conversation, reservation details, and message history.

Requested improvement:
Move the templates section below the reservation card so users can:

• Select templates more easily

• View the chat box and full message history at the same time

• Reduce unnecessary scrolling

Expected benefit:

• Improved usability and workflow in the Inbox

• Faster message composition

• Better visibility of conversation context and reservation details
