Improve the Manual Booking "Information" Box

When creating a manual booking, there’s an optional box that says “Information”. But if we fill that with anything, it’s hard to tell where that info goes.

Please, make it so that the information in that box goes to somewhere more visible in the Inbox or the reservation.
