Would request this in IGMS Inbox, you could assign message access by type:
Managers: Handle Inquiries (pre-sales) to win new customers.
Employees: See only Post-Booking messages so they focus on guest care after the deal is done.
With permission-based message visibility, everyone works in their lane, nothing gets missed, and sensitive sales conversations stay in the right hands.
