Integration of comprehensive services to manage lodging tax obligations etc.

Hello IGMS Team,

I’d love to see IGMS partner with a comprehensive service to manage lodging tax obligations seamlessly. This would include:

• Licensing & Permits: Assistance in obtaining necessary licenses and permits for rental properties.

• Tax Calculation & Filing: Automated calculation of applicable taxes, as well as the preparation, submission, and remittance of lodging tax returns based on monthly transaction data.

• Compliance Monitoring: Continuous tracking of tax rules and rates across various jurisdictions to ensure compliance.

The only company I’ve found that offers a full-service solution for all of these needs is MyLodgeTax by Avalara. Would it be possible to integrate their services into the IGMS platform? This would be a game-changer for hosts managing short-term rental tax obligations.
