Maintenance inspections - Pre and Post Guest

Would love to see a Maintenance team member added in addition to the current roles. And the ability to create automated tasks for this team to do Post-Guest and Pre-arrival maintenance checks before and after every guest. They would also need the ability to do a checklist and report any damage or maintenance needs.
