Direct Bookings: Payment policy for manual reservations

When adding a manual booking entry to the calendar, it should follow the same payment rules as those set for direct booking. Currently it just requests all money 7-days before check-in date.

As an example, if the direct booking payment rule is set for 50% at booking, and the remaining 50% 30-days before check-in, this is not followed during manual booking entries.
