Message Subjects

When bookings are for direct guests, messages are sent to guest as emails.

It would be great to firstly have the ability to customise the email subject in the first place, but ideally the email subject should be fully customisable on a message template basis - ie you can choose what the email subject states at the same time and with full message variable support when you are creating the message template
