Mid & Long-term enhancements

Please add more features for mid and long term rentals
2 use cases that would be applicable
1) payment options on the website (typically mid and long term are monthly payments which are not available for now)
2) we definitely want more fine tuning for dynamic pricing model to support mid and short term
