More AI messaging categories

Some AI training does not fall into the existing “categories” and “subjects” structure.

We need to be able to provide “miscellaneous” information to the AI to reliably train them on our properties. Things like example “emergency” scenarios, general information, etc. There are currently no catch-all categories for these.
