New Auto Review Needs Improvement

The new auto-review causes more work. It was much easier before to go the the reviews and click on a guest, select the review and then modify or send. Now you have to turn off auto review, click on templates and select template. The whole idea of creating multiple reviews was you could gear those to the guest. If you interacted with a guest and had a nice conversation, that would get one type of review but if the you had little or no interaction then a standard review was fine. The old system was easier and better, bring it back. If you do want to go with the new system it needs refinement. First the default should be manual review. Second on the Auto-Reviews by Host page (which should probably be just Upcoming Reviews by Host) you should allow the ability to check reviews to be done by auto-review. Then you need to have a select group of reviews that rotate, not the ones that you want to use for the guest you interacted with. Then you want to be able to select a template, personalize and send. Also, when you send the review the Auto-reviews by Host page does not update. The old system the column of reviews to complete updated. This also needs to be fixed. Thanks.
