Notification of UNPAID 2nd direct payment

I'm not sure if the users of the direct booking or aware or I just had to find out the hard way I managed 41 properties and I was not aware that if a guest was past due on their second payment for upcoming reservation, IGMS would not notify us nor cancel the reservation, leaving me holding the bag owing my client for the other half of her property out of my own pocket. I requested either the reservation be canceled after so many days past due also that they would not receive checking information to come to a property that they have not fully paid for.

I request that we get emails for any past due. Reservations would be helpful. I hope others see how this could be detrimental for someone that runs multiple properties.
