"Preview Mode" for AI messaging

We all agree that AI messaging is very powerful.

However, it is not quite there yet. It NEEDS a “preview mode” so that it can queue up a message on behalf of the property manager, but NOT SEND IT.

A 60 minute delay is not enough; I already had the AI messaging tool send out multiple less than desirable messages which can cost critical guest rapport and relationships.

Preview mode should allow:

• Queuing up the message in the inbox (but not sending it)

• Emailing a copy of the draft message to the property manager (if desired)
