REPEAT GUEST NOTIFICATIONS

I’ve been using IGMS for all my platform communications for about four years. I just had an instance where a guest mentioned this was the third or fourth time they were staying with me. Unfortunately because of my high guest flow i hadn’t noticed, but immediately pivoted to thank them for their return booking.

REQUEST: Build in an IGMS function that alerts hosts that a particular guest is returning and for what stay number. It would be helpful. Thanks!
