I think it is important to have available a canned report that specifically itemizes all owner line-item charges that may be used in month end billing. Having to go back after the fact to research and explain how a fee or charge originated, i don’t think presents an environment of transparency that is important to our business. Anything IGMS can do to help with that would be beneficial to yours/our product.
