We’d like reports that we can track the number of messages received and sent per day or week. It will allow us to identify the busy period to adapt our Customer Service team schedule.
Also, another report that’d be interesting for our managers would be to know the Inquiries that were or were not converted in confirmed booking with a list of converted or aborted inquiries.
our Customer Service team are good technicians but we’d like to be able to calculate the number of time that their “sales” communication were able to convert inquiries.
