Resort, Mgmt, Comm, Linen fee options

Currently iGMS has the option for Resort, Management, Community, and Linen fees to be a Fixed rate or a Percent. On Airbnb you have the option to make the Resort fee a per night fee. We need to set some listings up with this, and have through Airbnb, but iGMS continues to revert the settings on Airbnb to being Fixed as opposed to Per Night. It would be very helpful if iGMS mimicked what Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc. updates/settings are that they have too. Thanks!
