Returning guests - Messages are sent to the old thread on Airbnb!

For returning guests the auto messages are sent on Airbnb to the old thread that shows the old booking details, this confuses the guest and the host and defeates the purpose of using Igms to automate the process. Im not having to constantly try to clarify to guests that the messages are going to the old thread that shows the wrong dates.
