ROBUST EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

In order for us to build in greater automation tools, we need IGMS to add “email notifications” for every message that comes in to IGMS.

Booking inquiry comes in? Send all that info (INCLUDING GUEST MESSAGE CONTENT) to the email address(es) provided

Reservation change? Send all that info (INCLUDING GUEST MESSAGE CONTENT) to the email address provided

Guest sends one-off message? Great. Send all that info (INCLUDING GUEST MESSAGE CONTENT) to the email address provided

etc.

This will allow us to use AI tools monitoring our email inboxes to take certain actions based on the contents of the emails… for example, writing to a spreadsheet, notifying cleaners and handymen, creating tasks, whatever we need to do.
