Tags to be exported

We’d like to request an enhancement to the reports.csv export functionality. Specifically, it would be very helpful if the tags available in the Inbox section could be included in the exported file.

This addition would allow us to better categorize and analyze the types of queries we’re receiving, enabling us to improve our response strategy and overall guest experience.
