Tax-Year Availability and Revenue Report with CSV Export

Hosts need a dedicated report for tax filing purposes that covers a customizable date range (to accommodate different tax year periods, such as the UK's April to April HMRC year). The report should break down data month by month and include the following columns: income, costs, nights booked, nights available (net of owner blocks, not simply total calendar nights), and owner direct bookings. It should be exportable as a CSV. This gap is currently not covered by any existing iGMS report.
