ToDo List functionality enhancement

Put checkboxes for each item so they can be checked off.

You should still see what they were and, if possible, when they were checked off by by whom [initials will be enough]
To enhance this even further, have a to-do list view that links to the relevant booking as well so that that can easily be navigated to.
