Currently, I expect my direct bookers to pay 1 month before their vacation. If they have not paid by this date, I would like to trigger two reminders:
Reminder on the date that the payment is due, only if payment has not been made in full.
Reminder two weeks before vacation if the customer has not paid in full.
Currently, I send out a standard message to all direct bookers two weeks before their stay, reminding them to pay and asking them to ignore the message if they have already paid. This generally creates a bit of panic for the customers who have already paid.
In addition, I donβt want to send out the property access codes and details to customers who have not paid in full.
