Unintuitively Designed Product and Bad Onboarding Experience

Please go back and review my Chatra chat history over the last couple days. All the representatives I’ve spoken with were FANTASTIC. Very knowledgable, prompt, and courteous.

But truly: iGMS is one of the most unintuitively designed products I've ever used. If I had not already sunk so many hours into setting things up, I would not use it. I would definitely encourage other property owners to try other platforms.
