Right now, the request for the guest to fill in the check-in form is very brusque, stilted, and unfriendly. I don’t like this being my guests’ first interaction with us. I would like the ability to customize the text as I see fit, to best reflect how we interact with our guests.
Custom check in forms should be fully customizable.
As an owner/manager I should be able to add my own questions/options into the form so I can ask those questions that are relevant to my property/listing.
The current “custom” form does not allow customization of questions
It would be great having the chance to customize which fields are requested from the guest at the “Guest” section at the check-in form, in order to comply with national regulations about which PII can be collected over web forms, in addition to facilitate automation with door codes and building access control.

Before it gets missed - a post requesting that the user could add to the questions/use their own on the check-in form was merged into this post
