Centralized Location to manage all guest messaging templates (edit, create)

It is currently very difficult to fine tune your guest messaging templates as there is no central location to edit them.

Instead, you currently have to sift through old message threads to attempt to find one associated with your a particular property, and then manually update it specifically in that thread. Imagine if you had 20 properties and you wanted to quickly update all your messaging templates to a newer style/tone …. what should be doable in a matter of minutes becomes a task of many hours, if not impossible.
