Centralized Location to manage all guest messaging templates (edit, create)
It is currently very difficult to fine tune your guest messaging templates as there is no central location to edit them.
Instead, you currently have to sift through old message threads to attempt to find one associated with your a particular property, and then manually update it specifically in that thread. Imagine if you had 20 properties and you wanted to quickly update all your messaging templates to a newer style/tone …. what should be doable in a matter of minutes becomes a task of many hours, if not impossible.

Hi Brian,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Currently, you can access all message templates associated with a specific property through the Property Editor. To do this, navigate to the Properties section, select the property you'd like to update, click "Edit," and then choose "Customize" next to "Message Templates." I've attached a screenshot to illustrate this process.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@igms.com.
Thank you again for your input!

@Dan Thanks for your insight. I am referring to a centralized place to mange ALL TEMPLATES across ALL PROPERTIES. Thanks

@Dan please reopen this feature request. What you are describing is not a true solution for managing templates in a centralized place. You are talking about a convoluted/buried workaround that does not address the core issue being raised.

Hi @Brian FitzGerald, my apologies for the misunderstanding. I was addressing the problem you mentioned in your thread when speaking about updating a template associated with a specific property. I’ve reopened your request.
Currently there is no way to organize / sort message templates. I have over 40 templates and it is very difficult to find the template I need.

Upvoting this; huge simplification feature. Alphabetically would be easy.

Can this be implemented? It should be very very simple to do. Even just alphabetical would be a huge help. I can’t imagine that to be difficult to implement.
Also if we can just manually sort the templates, be able to move position of the template, that would resolve huge problems. We have over 40 templates, it is becoming too difficult to do.
Currently you can only access the Message Templates section by going through List Properties → <Select property> → General → Message Templates, or Inbox → <Select guest> → <Select Message> → Message Templates.
I’d rather have the more obvious and direct access to this major part of the system to be on the Left Hand menu side, one-click away from wherever I am. This could replace one of the “Properties” and “Accounts & Listings” options, which appear to just show the same or very similar information

Yes. There needs to be a dedicated “Messages” top menu item which should include:
Inbox (general guest inbox)
Templates (management of all messaging templates in one place)
AI Messaging (all AI Messaging tools in one place)
